  I think white is OK here, unclear ending!! Maybe there is something better than this…

  Instead of 3.QxR, white has Qg5#. So:

  1. Rxb7+ Kxb7 2. Bh6+ Kxh6 3. Qg5#

  Other black moves allow Qxf8#.

  (BxN seems riskier; Qd3?!… can’t visualize any further…)

  The position is a forced mate, starting with:

  Rxg7+, Kxg7 (if Kh8 mate on the spot)
  Bh6+, Kxh6 (or mate via Qxf8)
  Qg5# (mate)

  I agree with Chuckles and Trukov (and no I did not agree with them because I read their replies. I’ve seen it my self.) 1.Rxg7+ Kxg7 (otherwise mate on f8) 2.Bh6+ Kxh6 (otherwise, again, White mates on f8) 3.Qg5#
