No. That is not possible. When a king is double checked, it is checked from two direction at the same time. It isn’t possible to block two directions in only one move, hence the king must move.
(If a knight does the double check, then it has to be captured. But how blocking the check from the other piece (queen, rook or bishop)? It is impossible.)
The fact really is that the king ALLWAYS has to move when he is double checked.
