The Russian Women’s Higher League is taking place from June 21 to July 2, in Hotel Baltika****, in Kaliningrad, the Russian exclave between Poland and Lithuania on the Baltic Sea.
The event is a 9-round Swiss tournament with tempo of play 90′ X 40 mves + 30′ + 30″.
The first five players will qualify for the 65th Russia Women’s Superfinal. Top seed is IM Ekaterina Kovalevskaya(2461).
