My Chess for Absolute Beginners – Learn Chess in 30 Minutes animated DVD featuring the characters King Harold and Champion has been selling incredibly well. Two days ago, I received a letter from Video Librarian. The letter stated that my video has been reviewed by this pretigious magazine and it is listed in their catalog.
On top of that, Video Librarian highly recommends my DVD with a rave review. They gave it 3.5 stars out of 4!
The bad news is just about all copies of the first edition have been sold out. As I said, it is selling very well. The good news is the second edition will be released shortly with subtitles in English, Spanish, French and German!!
Video Librarian is the video review magazine for public, school, academic, and special libraries, as well as video fans who are interested in a wider variety of titles than what’s found in the average video store. It is written by staff, librarians, teachers, and film critics!
I love this DVD. My kid watches it daily. It’s great!
Fantastic news!
I can’t wait!
Hi Susan,
Congratulations! Very good taste they have, the DVD is excellent. I don’t have children myself, but I recommend it to all who do and would like them to learn to play chess …. and correctly! It is done in a very fun way, and interactive too — the best way for kids to learn anything I think.
WHAT?? NO Hungarian?
Actually if it is made in Hungarian , just my luck it will be in PAL.
Anyhow,Congrats! So far about a dozen of my daughters friends have received one for their birthday!
