I would try

Rxf3 wins a piece for black as black threatens Bxh2 next.

1. Rxf3! White cannot retake as then Black can check with the bishop before taking the unguarded White queen.

Swap rook and bishop for knight, pawn and queen.
I’d play Rxf3 without thinking twice.
If white takes on f3, after Bxh2+ it’s game over. Black can’t afterwards take on e7, if he chooses to take on h2, because of Qh4+. If black doesn’t take on f3, but tries Rxe7 immediately, white can just check on h2, grab the Queen and after that the e7-rook is still hanging if white takes on f3.
