Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
it seems you are playing with black on the picture.
obviously her move Nxe5 was disgusting. she should have done Nxd6 and at least lose a rook for a bishop. then she would have had a fighting chance. what was even more horrible a move was the move before Rc1 allowing her knight to be hanged. more pieces attacking a piece than are defending is a hanging piece. heres what could have been played after allowing her piece to be hanged.
Nxd6 Bxa6
Nb5 Bxc8

correction her move bad Rc8 was the worst move she did. got board coordinates wrong. the bottom line is dont hang a piece!!

As Susan herself said, the picture was taken in 2004 and the game is from 1996.
Not taking any merit away, what a poorly played game by Xie Jun!
Why are the dates different ?
Why don’t chess players refer to opponents wins ?
