It looks to me like White should win this (I’m usually wrong, though). Go for the Lucena position. Black can’t use the defense of checking from the long side.
Kf6 keeps the black king on the back rank. I think white can escape the black rook’s checks by hiding behind the pawn. then advance the pawn until it protects the rook. maneuver the king into position to stave off the black king so white can promote the pawn.
Well, it isn’t so clear. White can’t use the rook to force the black king over a file as in the Lucena position without allowing checks from the long side. So maybe it is a draw.
