1. … Rxb3+!
should do the trick.
“Black to move. How should White proceed?”

1…. Rxb3+
2.axb3 Qc3 -+
or
2.cxb3 Bxe4+
3.Rc2 (3.Rxe4 Qc1#)
3…. Qxc2 -+
Not 3…Qxc2 but Bxb2! is much easier.
After 3…Qxc2 4. Qxc2 Bxb2 (Rxc2 Rxe4) 5. Ka1 is probably still won for black after 5…Be8 with the idea Bb6-e4, but this is much more complicated.
After 3…Bxb2 4.Kc1 Bf5! 5.Kd1 (5.Kd2 Qc2 6.Ke3 Rc3#) …Bxg4 mates.
And after 1…Rxb3 2.Kc1 Rb1! 3.Kxb1 Qc3 4.Kc1 Qa1#

Sorry, Bxb2 should be Bxc2 of course.
Click here for an interesting position.
