I visited the Chess4Life center in Bellevue (Washington) tonight on my way to the airport. Even with just a little over a day notice, we had a full house at the center. I am very impressed with the enthusiam for chess in the Seattle area. Congratulations to everyone there!
Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
Susan is so beautiful…….isnt she? 🙂 and yet so intellictually attractive as well 🙂
Susan you have reached celebrity status here in America and probably the world. Congratulations you have worked extremely hard and deserve it!
P.S. I didnt comment on your ideas about running for USCF but I am now. I definitely think you should be involved In United States chess if not running it! You are a very knowledgeable Chess Professional GM who has been there and done that. You have played in tournaments, won Championships, played all over the world, have vast experience with chess federations, and Im sure seen your fair share of chess politics. I mean who in America is more qualified to clean up the mess and organize, revitalize, and build up U.S. chess to great success than you and your team!! Go for it Susan!!!
Looks very cold in there…
Didn’t Yasser Seirawan grow up in Seattle, or the area?
