bishop to c2
pawn to d3?
I’d go for Bb3!… preparing the advance of the d3 pawn and then Bc2. The immediate Rd6 is a waste of time as white will move Rc6. With Bb3! white cannot threat the pawn as Rc4, Rc5 and Rd1 are not possible. If white plays Rc6 then black exchanges rooks and then d3 🙂
well, youre plan looks logical. But what about the position after for example:
1. .. Bb3
2.Rc6 Rc6:
3.Rc6: d3
4.Rd6 Bc2
The pawn d3 is truely strong, but blacks bishop is out of play (only c2 and b1 square), while the white rook is placed very active on the d-file. The question is, if white can improve his position, maybe by building a pssed pawn. I dont know…
