Can just take+keep the knight with Bxd7.
If Qxd7 there follows Qh5 gxh5 Rg3+ Bg5 Rxg5#
Black can’t threaten anything else really. If f6 just Bxe6+ followed by moving the dark squared bishop out of the way.
If black can’t recapture it means we can just move the bishop somewhere safe and we’ve won a piece.
Solution: 1. Bxd7 Qxd7 2. Qh5 pxh5 3. Rg3 Bg5 4. Rxg5 checkmate
Analysis by my 7year old:
Not Qh5 as gxh5, Rg3+ Bg5 and Black wins.
So Bxd7 first wins a piece because if …Qxd7,
Qh5 now does work …hxg5, Rg3+ Bg5 Rxg5#
And Qh5 anything else allows Qxh7#
(He missed the even more beautiful line Qh5 Bh4!, Qxh7+!! Kxh7, Rxh4+ Kg8, Rh8#)

Bxd7 with the threat of Qh5, winning the N. Black’s Q is overloaded supporting the B and defending the N. If Qxd7, then Qh5 threatening Qxh7, so gxh5 (Re8 Qxh7+ Kf8 Qg7#) Rg3+ Bg5 Rxg5#

Bd7 is the right move I think, removing black Queen from protecting the g5 square. After black Queen takes the bishop, white plays Qh5. If black takes the white Queen with pawn, then white plays Rg3 with mate (black plays Bg5, but black Queen is not protecting that field any more).
