1. Ba4 Qa4 2. Nc7 mate.
Maybe 1. Bc2a4
If 1… Qc6:Ba4??, then 2. Nd5c7##.
So 2. Ba4:Qc6
GM
ba4 qc6 is an illegal move into check
the move wins for white
Nc7 would be mate if this square is notprotected by the queen.
…Decoy the queen!…1.Ba4 (takes the queen or …Qxa4 Nc7 is mate.)
Have a nice day
What happens if 1. Be7?
Anonymous asked: What happens if 1. Be7?
1. Ba4 Be7?
2. BxQ
if 2. …BxB
3. Nc7#
The same mating pattern is there.
if 2. …anything else, white has won the queen (for a rook or less, depending) and has an easy game.
how does black play 1…be7?! I wish my bishop could do that. I think the post was asking White 1Be7 which is infinitely weaker than 1Ba4!
