Mate in 2!
1. Bxe6+!
Any capture 1……Rxe6/Bxe6. Or inter posing by 1….Nf7. Then 2. Qh8#
1……Kf8. 2. Ng6#!
Mate in 3!
1. Qh8+ KxQ (Sacrificing Queen)
2. Bxe6! + NxRh1 (moving Bishop to give Discovered Attack)
3. RxNh1+# (mate with Rook)
I found the mate in two moves above, but I must applaud Rajan. The mate in three moves is definitely more artistic with the sacrifice of Queen and Rook!
