I’m not at all sure this is the solution, but it is noticeable that if the black knight reaches f3 the advance of the g pawn can lead to mate. But this must be timed, if it is feasible, so that Rb3 does not defend. Therefore I suggest black first play g3. Then if Rb3 black can play Nxc6 but if, say, d7 then Rxe2 threatens mate, and if Nxe2 then Nf3 and I don’t see a defense to the advance of the g pawn. But if Rb1 in reply to Rxe2 then black can check on h2 followed by Bxd7
I fooled around with sacrifices but it didn’t quite work. So I ended up with g3 first.
1. … g3!
2. c7? Rh2+
3. Kg1 Rxe2
4. Nxe2 Nf3#
2. Rb3 Rh2+
3. Kg1 Nxc6
4. NxN RxB
5. Rb1
Black is winning.
