I will not look at the name of the photo or right click, I will not look at the name of the photo or right click, I will not look at the name of the photo or right click…oops, I looked at the name of the photo and right clicked!
I won’t spoil it for everyone else, but these photos need to be renamed before posting! Or is it a trick and was already renamed to another name as a trick?! Ha.
LOL — You’re right! I just right clicked on Judit’s pic, and yep, it’s labeled 1994. For the record, I knew this when I made my post, without cheating. 🙂
Is he a future World Chess Champion, maybe? Maybe the name of the pic was a trick? Maybe it was renamed? I do not know who he is.
He is right-handed and is playing on a tournament in Canada. He is also using some device, I cannot see well.
I think the device is the MonRoi?
The Canada banner says it all. It’s Pierre Charbonnet.
No, I didn’t right-click on the pic.
And I see I was wrong. 🙁
This is GM Jakovenko or GM Tomashevsky from the Russian Championship.
Hovering the mouse over the picture shows the filename, which gives away the answer.
Emanual Lasker?
Paul Keres?
Korchnoi in 1955?
Sammy Davis Jr.?
Hugh Hefner?
He is a very happy boy, always smiling: http://www.chessbase.com/news/2005/jakovenko01.jpg
GM Dmitry Jakovenko from Russia.
A very talented player, who’s already 2670+ and will move much higher for sure!
