Anand aims for the top spot in chess rankings

Vishwanathan Anand is not short on motivation to retain the world title and do well this year. He has already proved himself as one of the greatest rapid chess players ever. His recent victory in the format came against Peter Leko when Anand won 5-3 in the eight-game championship in Hungary earlier this year. He is now gearing up for Rapid Chess Championship in Mainz that will take place next month.
