The Liepajas Rokade rapid tournament just concluded. It took place in Liepaja, Latvia from August 3th to August 6th, 2006. Kiril Georgiev won the top GM rapid section. GM Zurab Azmaiparashvili finished 2nd. American Max Dlugy came in 4th and former world knockout champion Khalifman finished 5th. This is the official website.
