1. Q-N8+
2. K-B2 P-R6
3. R-N1 N-N5+
4. K-B3 QxR
Kramnik won again against Leko today!!!
Hi,
1. .. Qb1+
2. Kf2 Ng4+
3. Kf3 (not Ke2 4. Qf1#) Qf1+
if
4. Qf2 Nxf2 and lost for white
if
4. Rf2 Nxa2+
5. Ke3 Ng4+
6. Kf3 Nxf2
7. Qxf2 Qxf2
8. Kxf2 hxg3+ and black has the quality and a free advanced pawn.
if
4. Ke4 Qc4+
5. Kf3 and I don’t know ..
i agree with our desriptive friend. thanks for keeping it alive!!

What about Kxf1 after 4. Qf1+??
😉
Greetings,
Jochen
Hi Jochen,
gosh! My brain capacity for moves without a board seems to be less than 3. So what else if Ke2 ?
Jakob
Again,
1. ..Qb1+
2. Kf2 Ng4+
3. Ke2 Qe4+
4. (Kd1 and the rook is gone by Ne3+)
Kf1 Ne3+
5. Kg1 hxg3
6. hxg3 Rxg3 and the presure on Rg2 is abundant.
Jakob
1. ..Qb1
2.Kf2 h3
3.Rg1 Ng4+
4.Ke2 Qxg1
Or
1. ..Qb1
2.Kf2 h3
3.Qe2 hxg2
4.Kxg2
Latter is better for white but still rook down. Black could also do Ng4+ before eating the rook, but doesn’t seem to be a big difference.
if
4. Rf2 Nxa2+
5. Ke3 Ng4+
6. Kf3 Nxf2
7. Qxf2 Qxf2
8. Kxf2 hxg3+ and black has the quality and a free advanced pawn.
What about kf2 kg8 nc7 and b6. lol
Knightonranden
Hi,
What about
1. Qh3 ?
Anton
Typo
1. .. Qh3
Seems like the knight can defend
during attack?
Anton
Qb1+ Kf2
h3 Rg1
Ng4+ Kf3
Qxg1
its just check the king. attack rook. rook has on place to move. then check king again moving him off f2 then take the rook on g1.
