BREAKING THOUGHT
(sorry, this item needs another place…)
I cannot sleep well since it is official that Mainz chess classic has been cancelled.
Dear Susan, I want to ask you: Please think with us about ways to help the german and european lovers of this events – and remember that the contemporary champions are americans: Nakamura in chess960 rapid and Kamsky in classic rapid.
Hans-Walter Schmitt and all the fantastic organizers and helping people deserve the support of the chess world. I mean the federations – FIDE, european, german – must finally learn to acknoledge their efforts and the highly worthing events we had in Mainz.
Please, there must be ideas and actions to find new ways….
okay from germany
okay. Start by begging Danailov for scraps. He will push Topalov up but will he help European chess? If he doesn’t you should petition the courts to put him in jail.
Well, we must find positive ways to step into the future. It doesn’t help at all bashing leaders. We must encourage each other, inside and outside the institutions.
okay
