The beautiful 1.Rxd5! wins easily for white, e.g. 1…exd5 2.Nxd5 Qb8 [Qd6? loses even faster to Nb6+] 3.Nb6+ Kc7 4.f5+ and over.

Rxd5 exd5
Nxd5 Q moves (remains on black diagonal)
f5 any
Nb6#
Qb8 Qa7 might be OK for black.
Seems like the best continuation is what the first two people gave. But both failed to mention about a defence …Bd6. For example, 1. Rxd5 exd5 2. Nxd5 Qb8 3. Nb6+ Kc7 4. f5+ Bd6. It seems 5. Nc4! is strong. Now,
5…Bxg3+ 6. Qxg3+ Kc6 (6…Kc8 7. Nb6#) Nd4#, but
5…Be8 seems to hold for the moment, even though White has a tremendous advantage, because he will get back the exchange and will be two pawns up.
Probably 6. Nxd6 Rxd6 7. Rh2 with threat 8. Rd2 wins the rook, even though Black can continue 7…f6 preparing 8…Ne5.
