TRAVEL DETAILS
The tournament venue is the Anemon Hotel (****) in Antakya, Hatay. The venue is 22 km west of Hatay Airport. The best way to reach Hatay is via Istanbul Airport. If the participants request transfer from Hatay Airport to Hotel, organizers will provide transfer which costs 40 € for two way (airport- hotel- airport).
Another way to come to Hatay via Adana Airport(from Istanbul Airport). The venue is 200 km away from the Adana Airport. It takes 2 hours by car. If the participants request transfer from Adana Airport to Hotel, organizers will provide transfer which costs 150 € for two way (airport- hotel- airport).
There are daily 5-6 flights connecting Istanbul Atatürk Airport to Hatay Airport. On the following web site, you may find more information for domestic flights in Turkey and you may make online registrations.
We advice our guests to book with Turkish Airlines, and arrive via Istanbul.
Accomodation
According to FIDE rules, all participants (including players, parents, coaches, journalists, delegations) must stay in official hotels. Access to playing areas, venues and the hotels will be allowed only to accredited people by the organisation. No one may arrange their own accommodation by passing organisers.
Rooms will be booked on the principle of FCFS (First Come First Served). Early bookings will be given priority with bookings in the Anemon Hotel which has tournament venue.

Single Room: 130,00 € Full Board (Day Per Person)
Double Room: 90,00 € Full Board (Day Per Person)
Triple Room: 85,00 € Full Board (Day Per Person) Limited.
