anand – svidler 1/2 – 1/2
leko – kramnik 1/2 – 1/2
grischuk – moro 1/2 – 1/2
gelfand – aronian 0 – 1
anand will crush svidler in my opinion, and kramnik – leko will be something i’ll be looking forward too because leko DOES have talent. gelfand – aronian will be a tough battle but I think aronian will take the edge in this one.
Grischuk – Moro will be a spectacular match, both young talents going at it!
anand, kramnik, grischuk and gelfand wins! i think the 4 players will slug it out for the championship with kramnik and anand of course having the advantage…
aronian and more are exciting but unstabke, leko and svidler seems doesnt know how to win, gelfand is super solid, grischuk is one fine talent, needs to be a little ambitious to have a shot at it,
kramnik and anand are showing early on they are out to win it all! but i give adavbntage kramnik since he will have white in their second rd match up!
anand 1/2 svidler
leko 0/1 kramnik
grischuk 0/1 moro
gelfand 1/2 aronian
it’s very sad to see a talented player like leko messing up so easily … kramnik is the best player from far, his preparation looks so good, i don’t see how he could lose this world championship … the beautiful surprise is moro ! what a showman !!! 5 round, i see kramnik and moro winning …
Today is a hard day for me since both players that I am rooting for are playing each other. Aronian , I am following him for a long time and have faith in him, that is I am quite convinced that he belongs to the top of the top of the pack. I don’t know if he is number one yet or will ever be for 100 percent but I have trusted him for a long time.
On the other side of the board, Boris. Boris Gelfand – since the tournament began I felt close to him and care about his performance He is my country man – Israel and I feel as if my brother is up there, fighting the lions. I want him to succeed.
What can I say: A dilemma.
Hmmm, it is not easy today, many things can happen.
Anand – Svidler:
1:0 or draw, I do not think Peter to win though I wish him luck and hope I err!
My prediction: 1:0.
Leko – Kramnik:
Normally I’d say that this was a clear draw but I think Peter wants to win after his loss yesterday. So everything is possible from 1:0 over draw to 0:1.
My prediction: 1:0 after a long fight.
Grischuk – Morozevich:
That is a really hard one to decide. I like both player’s style and I can’t imagine that this will be a simple draw.
My prediction: a long fight and a draw in the end (1/2).
Gelfand – Aronian:
To beat Gelfand playing white may not be easy but Aronian is trying it, that’ almost for sure (I hope so ^^). I hope Aronian will not overact and lose.
My prediction: 1:0 after Aronian overacts the game (I can’t find the correct english expression 🙁 – I hope you all know what I am meaning).
So here again my predictions:
1:0
1:0
draw
1:0
Greetings
Jochen
I can predict two games including their aoutcome:
Anand – Svidler: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 …
1/2 -1/2
Leko – Kramnik: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 …
1/2 -1/2
Viswanathan Anand – Peter Svidler 1/2
Peter Leko – Vladimir Kramnik 1/2
Alexander Grischuk – Alexander Morozevich 1/2
Boris Gelfand – Levon Aronian 1-0
YEVLEV.
Anand will likely play d4 or Nf3 against Svidler.
Anand – Svidler 1-0
Leko Kramnik 0-1
Grischuk – Morozevich 1/2 1/2
Gelfand – Aronian 0-1
Anand-Svidler 1/2-1/2
Leko-Kramnik 1/2-1/2 or 1-0
Grischuk-Moro 1-0
Gelfand-Aronian 0-1
Aronian has not played his best yet… but he will strike soon I am sure. I still have faith he will win or at least be top 3 by the time this is done.
Having said that kramnik is playing amazing and has to be the favourite at this point.
