FIDE is announcing the list of players for the 1st tournament of the Women’s Grand-Prix 2011-2012 in Rostov, Russia (1-15 August 2011):

Participants who need an entry visa to Russia shall contact the local Organising Committee at the email sergey_nesterov@bk.ru to receive the necessary travel information, hotel bookings and invitation letter.
The total pize fund of the tournament is 40,000 euros and the full regulations of the Women’s Grand-Prix 2011-2012 are published here: http://www.fide.com/fide/handbook.html?id=43&view=category. The winner of the Women’s Grand-Prix 2011-2012 will challenge the World Champion for the title in December 2013.
Kosintseva will win.
Wonder how Hou vs Humpy will turn out. Neither would wish to show her preparation for the coming World Championships.
