Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
Carlsen really plays like Kasparov today.
The main focus is on activating his pieces. When the rooks come into action before the opponent can activate his own then being a piece down has no meaning…
reminds me of a Kasparov game (with black) against Anand in their 1995 Championship…
Carlsen – Dominguez 1/2
Was nice though…
Dominguez managed to bring out his pieces by giving back material.
If Carlsen draws with black tommorrow he will join Ivanchuk’s virtual rating.

Yes, but Kasparow wuold have won such a game, cause never lost initiative.
Oh yes, you’re bloody well right.
“Dad”
Carlsen can only make virtual world number one from this tournament by winning with black, as there are only 2 white games left for him, and he needs +3 in the last 5 games.
And that is a problem!
Maybe he even doesn’t win the tournament.
Is Chucky 2nd yet? He does well this week. Not playing.
