VI Iberoamerican Chess Championship Bilbao 2015
The city of Bilbao will hold the VI Campeonato Iberoamericano de Ajedrez, event involving about 100 players of 17 countries. The venue will be the Campos Theater and the main players will be GMs Francisco Vallejo (Spain), Lazaro Bruzon (Cuba), Julio Granda (Peru), Alexander Fier (Brazil) and Axel Bachmann (Paraguay, the current Iberoamerican Champion).
The tournament will be inaugurated on October 25th, first round on October 26th. The last round and closing ceremony on November 3rd.
At the same time and in the same place the Bilbao Chess Masters 2015 with Vishy Anand, Wesley So, Ding Liren and Anish Giri wil take place.
