I would play 1…a5. Not 100% sure it’s correct but it looks good and I could not come up with anything better in 15 seconds…

1. … a5 wins the house. If Rxd5 then Ba6! and either Rd5 or Bb4 will fall as well as Rc4.
1.-a5 seems to win exchange
1. … a5 followed by Ba6.

1…a5 and if 2.Rxd5 not 2…Ba6, but 2…exd5 with a double attack on the rook and bishop.

At least he tried to do it without a chess computer. The idea a5 isn’t difficult, but checking everything, including tricks takes more time.
