1…Qd8 seems to win at once!
Kamalakanta
R-H4 seems to win a rook.
Rh1+ looks like the winner. If Kxh1 then Nxg3+ followed by Qxg4.
If white plays Kg2 instead of Kxh1 then Rxf1+ forces Kxf1 followed by Nxg3+ and Qxg4.
Don’t see a mate, but 1… qd8 2 B moves ng3 wins an exchange, but the position looks unclear to me.
Rh1+ Kxh1
Nxg3+
Rh1+ Kf2
Rxf1+ Kxf1
Nxg3+
Don’t see a tactic. The only one I can find is:
1. … Qd8
2. Ba7 Nxg3
winning the exchange.
3. Qxg3 Qh8
White cannot take the Q on move 2 because of 2. … Bd4+
On 1… Qc7 instead of Qd8, Black doesn’t have 3… Qh8
if white plays 2. Bf2 instead of 2. Ba7, then after 3… Qh8, white’s position is really difficult.
One possible line for white is:
1…. Qd8
2. Bf2, Nxg3
3. Qe6+ Kg7
4. Bxg3 Qe7 -/+
Is 1… Qc7 better?
This line doesn’t seem to force a win:
1. … Qh8
2. Rh3 Bd4+
3. Bxd4 Qxd4+
4. Kh2
easy:
1. … Rh1+
2. K:h1 (if 2. Kf2 R:f1+ and N:g3+; Q:g4 +-)
2. … N:g3+ and Q:g4 +-
by Stulzer
im sorry…no easy…
1. … Rh1+?
2. K:h1 Ng3+
3. Q:g3 +-
Well, maybe: 1. … Qd8, but is
long way!

I think 1..Qd8 luring the Bishop out of the mating diagonal a7-g1. The line I have seen is:
2. Bf2 forced.
2…….NxR
3. QxR forced
3……Qh8 with a new mating threat
4. Bishop f2 moves anywhere
4……….Rh1 ch
5. Kf2 Bh4 pinning the queen. White is lost.
Qc5
I think 1 Qd8 should win the game for black
