FIDE website says that Topalov won on time.
As I said, my guess is Kramnik won’t play any more having lost a point ‘unfairly’ on time. And Topalov won’t give up that point either having lost a game after such a clear blunder, and after all he was sitting at the board. So, yeah, it’s pretty much Match over. Two paper champions. No real champion.
They should make it no result so that the match can be saved through negotiation! Otherwise this match is over!

I didn’t realize the incontinence of one of the world chess champions. If anyone had to relieve himself too often he could always wear adult diapers like Depends,Attends or any generic equivalent.
