Seems no other variations.
As black is one move from checkmate with 1… Qh1# ,white must start and continue with check until checkmate or with a move diverting or eliminating the black rook or black queen from delivering checkmate on h1.
Actually the full varation is:
1. Ng4+ Kf7
[If 1…Nf6 2.Qxf6#
If 1… Qd4 2.Qxd4+ with either 2…Nf6 3.Qxf6# or 2…Kf7 (follow mainline below.)]
2. Nh6+ Ke7
3. Ng8+ Kf7
4. Ng5#
