the bishops and knights are switched!

Besides the fact that the bishops and knights seem to be switched, the setup is fishy in other ways:
-the board has no squares
-the two sides cannot be distinguished by color (except for the pawns)
-the opposing kings are not placed on the same file; ditto for the opposing queens
