Maybe I’m missing a simple win, but here’s a complicated one.
1. Qf5
1. … Bxd6 2. Qh7+ Kf8 3. Nf5
1. … Be6 2. Qh7+ Kf8 3. Qh8+ Ke7 4. Rxe6+ fxe6 (4. … Kd8 5. Rxe8+ Qxe8 6. Nc6+ Kd7 7. Nxb8+ Bxb8 8. Bc6+) 5. Qxg7+ Kd8 6. Nc6_
1. … Kf8 Qh7
1. … g6 2. Rxg6+ Kf8 (2. … fxg6 3. Qxg6+ Kf8 4. Qf6+ Kg8 5. Nf5; 4. … Bf7 5. e6 Re7 6. Qh6+; 5. … Rxe8 6. Nxe6+ Ke8 7. Nxc7+ Nxc7 8. Bc6+) 3. Nc6 (threatening Rg8+) Bx35 4. Nxe5 and mate should soon follow.
1.Qf5
The main variation seems to be
1…g6 2.Rxg6+ fxg6 3.Qxg6+ Kf8
4.Qxh6+ etc.

2. Q*h6 B*e5
3. Bh7+ Kh8
4. Bc2+ Kg8
5. B*Qa4 Rd8

1. Qf5 should win in all variations
For instance,
1..g6 would be destroyed by 2. Rxg6+
1..Bxe6 2. Qh7+ Kf8 3. Nf5 and mate is unavoidable
1..Kf8 2. Qh7 Rxe5 3. Nc6 threatening mate and black has to lose the queen to avoid it.
1..Rxe5 2. Qh7+ Kf8 3. Nc6 Same as the above line
What a pity: I was never allowed to post the first comment about a chess tactic here, and now, when I may for the first time, I cant find the solution. So only read my suggestion:
1. Qf5 with the idea
1. Bxd6
2. Qh7+ Kf8
3. exd6 and probably checkmate in a few.
Other variantions could be
1. g6
2. Rxg6 fxg6
3. Qxg6+ and so on
But to be honest: I dont really know, if that works …
1. Qf5 g6 2. R:g6+ fg 3. Q:g6+ Kf8 4. Qf6+ Kg8 5. Nf5 threatens N:h6# and Qg7#.
Probably best for black is 1….R:e5 2. Qh7+ Kf8 3. Nc6 Q:c6 4. R:c6, but white still threatens 5. R:c7 and 6. Qh8+, picking up more material.
Qf5 followed by Rook sacrifice
