I see 1. Be4 Ra7 2. Bb8 winning the exchange but perhaps there is something better…
1. Be4, Ra7
2. Bc5, Rc7
3. Bb6 and white wins
1.Be4 Ra7 2.Bb8 wins exchange
White can win the rook on a8:
1. Be4 Ra7
2. Bb8
and now if Rb7, play might continue (if Nxb8 3. Rxb8#)
3. Bxb7 Bxb7
4. Bc7 Rc8 (or e8 or f8)
5. Rxd7
So actually, it may be better for black to just abandon the rook on a7 or a8 and play Kf8-Ke8/Ke7 instead. But black is lost anyway.
1.Be4! Ra7 2.Bc5! Rc7 3.Bb6! +-
Be4 wins
1. Bc4 Ra7 2. Bg8 (N:g8 3. R:d8#) wins an exchange
