Qd8, exchange queens at f8, then knight to c7
1.Ne7+ wins easily.
I would try Nf6:
1. Nf6 Kf7
2. Qc7 Kf8 (Kf6 loses to e5+)
3. Qd8 Kf7
4. ef5 gf5 (Re2 loses to Qg8)
5. Bh5 Kg7
6. Qg8 Kf6
7. Qf7#
So, at move 1, black must take
1. Nf6 Rf6
2. Qf6 Qg7 (what else but Qf8?)
3. Bc4 Kh8
4. Qd8 is mate in one.
Kg2 defending the h3 pawn.
…and loses the queen.
