Qg3 seems best, threatening Rxh7+ or Rxg8+. The only thing that I see for Black is Qg6, giving up a Q, planning to get one back with the a pawn. Then
Rxg6 Rxg6 or hxg6

1.Rg8, 2.Qg3 and 3.Qb8 or Qg7 work well imho.
This puzzle is way too simple, with 3 brutal moves, all checks. It is much more fun if we put the h5 pawn to h4. It kills the Qg3+ move, forces white to work with Qg2+ and Qxd5+. It might not be winnable, though.
