The Stockholm Chess Challenge 2016 gathers world renown young talents from March 8 – 13, 2016, in Sweden.
Sweden’s young talents will be challenged by young and strong international players in order to encourage them to get IM- and GM norms.
The event is a 9-round invitational title tournament for players aged 25 or younger.
Ukrainian player GM Vladimir Onischuk and the new married chess couple IM Toms Kantans from Latvia and WIM Anne Kantane from Poland are the newest entrants.
The tournament is up to the world’s young titled players born 1990 or later to decide. Those of you who still are thinking or just saw this and want to play: don’t hesitate to email info@stockholmchess.se
