1.Nd6+ Kb8 2.Rb7+ Ka8 3. c7 and black must give the rook.
1. Kd6+ Kb8
2. c7+
2. … Ka8
3. Rd8#
2. … Rxc7
3. Rd8+ Rc8
4. Rxc8#
Very cute finish, even if all the moves are pretty well forced for black:
1. Nd6 Kb8
2. c7
The hardest of the moves to find. Continuing:
2. …..Rc7 (Ka8 3.Rd8#)
3. Rd8 Rc8
4. Rc8#
Nd6 Kb8
c7 Rxb7
Rd8+
…or am I missing something?…

So it seems to be two clearly winning solutions here, one beeing much faster though.
I must admit I saw the slow one first (given by the first answer here, where black has a couple of checks and may take the knight, without preventing the mate, so he must rather give the rook at once, or after a5 Rb8+ Ka7 c8=Q).
