It will happen no matter what.
I dislike the Sofia rule. It’s an artificial and heavy-handed way to try to solve the problem of early draws. The best way is simply to not invite players known for taking GM draws.
talking about sofia I hope they have a good website at mtel. I am tired of seeing sites getting stuck. From what I can see they have two back ups. One is topsport.bg, the Bulgarian site, and the second is a site I heard about in the beginning of this month chessdom.com. Topsport are in Bulgarian, but probably will put international notation. Chessdom have some good images, but do not mention if they will retransmit
