What’s your secret for training top young Knight Raiders?
Anon , Susan probably teachin them the middlegame novelties and just not tellin nobody , i havent seen Fischer, Kasparov or Anand use it yet and i think shes hasnt revealed whats really goin on, so ssshhhh, i think thats how shes doin it, am i right Susan? Um just guessin. Thats a tricky way of spellin chess Susan is it designed for aliens?
Susan teaches them Kung-fu.
She is a master.
Oh , Thanks for clearing that up!
I am amazed at Magnus chess games and his results! He is our new World Number one in rating and has just 19 more years to stay as such to give us what Kasparov did.
When will you be having another tournament in Lubbock? I am free on weekends now so I am ready to play the Texas Tech Knight Raiders again from Odessa Checkmates!
Can you please give us more information about the SPGI? Do you have the list of which girls have signed up already and made reservations? Thanks.
Ok, both Davorin and Magnus are fery good looking! 😉
Congrats to both also on chess merits! 😉
Anyway, here I want to ask, should 1. b4 be superior to 1. f4, if anyone has an opinion? And is 1. e4 Nc6 good for anything (Well I guess Morozevich wrote a book on that so should check out (hope things are going well for him, as he has had a pause))? Finally, is it possible to play 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 f5?
Well, those were opening questions that puzzle my mind. 🙂

Carlsen is certainly playing very strong chess, but he needs the world championship to complete his place in chess history. Fischer, with similar spectacular tournament results, would only have been half as great had he gone into seclusion before taking the world title. Besides, winning a long championship series with an equally strong, fully prepared opponent is the true test of chess greatness. The Lakers may win 80 games in the regular season, but that won’t be much if they don’t go all the way to the championship ring.
Dear ‘The King Am I said’: Fischer did go into seclusion before winning the world title. For 18 months from 1968 to March 1970, he played in no chess tournaments but instead studied chess. In March 1970 he began his push to the world title.
