What if,
1.Qd3 Qa1 ?
Qd3 is correct but alone it is not a solution.
And it is absolutely no zugzwang as Stulzer points out.
The clue is the mating threat Qd3-Qc3-Qa3#.
After Qa1/Qc1 2. Qc3+/Qa3+ and 3. b3+! wins the queen.

I was thinking about moving the pawn up to c3, and then mate is threatened in 2 moves if black doesn’t keep checking White. So get at least a draw.
