Nice sets. I know people who have bought 50 to 100 chess books, spend a lot of money on tournaments (and sometimes on lessons), and sometimes have a wooden board costing roughly $100, and a fairly expensive clock, but they won’t spend more than $10 on a set! Most of the sets you see in Chess Life are those toy plastic sets, it seems.
