Wow, is he that old?
Right now…..I think Carlsen looks a little shaky. I drew a rather lame game against Tiviakov….and he drew a won game against short….he was the same way in England..without the win against Kramnik in round one ….he drew…barely against short from a much better position..I’m suspecting something of a growing bumb here….I think everyone is way too high on the Carlsen bumb..he’s great..yes…but he’s still a kid. He’ll need a little more seasoning…I don’t think he’ll win this tourney…..his greatest opponents are still ahead of him…and he’s not impressing much lately…I mean c’mon..beating Van Wely from objectively an even position is not much to brag about..everybody beats Van Wely….and to beat Smeets from again a pretty even position in time trouble…I think there’s a problem going on in the Carlsen camp.
