According to one of the bloggers on this blog, Ray is leading the 2009 Panamerican Junior in Uruguay by 2 points. He is 7/7 so far. All he needs is 1/2 point in his final 2 games to win the event and a GM norm (which would be his final norm). Another blogger just provided us the link.
