Reminder to all Organisers of Official FIDE Competitions
Organisers of official FIDE competitions are reminded that registration for participation must be done through National Chess Federations. In the case where a player registers directly to the organizer, it is the responsibility of the organizer to refer the registration to its national federation. It is also the responsibility of national federations to register participation of their players, if any.
Penalties will be imposed on organisers who contravene this regulation.
