(Ra1+? Kxa1 Qa8+ Kb1 Qa2+ Kc1 Qa1+ Kd2 Qxb2+ Ke1(Kd3 Qc2#) Qa1+ Rd1 b2 and Qd3 or Qb3 with a clear white edge.)
1. Qc7!
Threats immediate Qc2#, to protect both this and the rook, white must play:
1. … Qd3
2. Nf4! Qc3 (only place for Q)
3. Qxd6
is up with rook.
1. ..Ra1+

If White plays
3. ♗a5,
then
5. … ♛a1+
no more delivers a checkmate, because White can now play
6. ♔d2.
1.ra1+ka1 2.qa8+ba5 3.qa5+kb1 4.qa2+kc1 5.qa1 winning!
Looks like everybody got it wrong!
1. Ra1+ does not work because of Ba5 later which frees up d2 for King!
2. Qc7 does not work because in that line Nf4 is not feasible as f4 is guarded by the Bishop!!
Correct solution according to me is:
1. … Qb5!!
threatening Ra1+ and then Qa4+ and now the Bishop cannot intervene from a5. Qb5 is winning in all lines, in fact I think it is mating in all lines.
