looks like Kh6 with Qg7# threatened and …f6 blocks the queen, but Qe7 threatens again, blocked by Rf7 and then Rd8+ should finish it.
BTW, have you ever considered recruiting GM Le for your Webster college team? He looks college age. Or maybe, GM Hou. She’s about college age. Both would add a lot to American chess during 4 years of college.
