Aw, come on! Greece is losing to – Mongolia?!
By the ways, I can’t solve your puzzle after a few minutes of thought. I will try later again.
couking
how about this:
1. Ng6+ fxg6 (else 2. Nxe7 and the game is essentially over.)
2. Bf6+ Qxf6
3. Kd5+Kg5
4. h4+ Kf5
5. Rf4++
if 2… g5 or Bg5 then 3. Kd5++
3. Kd5++
if 2… Kg4 then 3. Bxe7 and it’s essentially over.
did i miss something?
How about 1.Kd3! Bxf4 2.Bf6+ Qxf6 3. Rxf4+ Qxf4 4.exf4 and White wins?

No 4.Rf4+ is met by 4…Bxf4.
Instead:
4.e4+ Kf4 (or g4)
5.e5+ winning the queen.
1. Ng6+ fxg6
2. Bf6+ Qxf6
3. Kd5+ Kg5
4. h4+ Kf5
5. g4+ ! hxg
6. Rf4+ Bxf4
7. e4 ++
if 6. e4 then … Kf4
Another branch
1. Ng6+ fxg6
2. Bf6+ Qxf6
3. Kd5+ Bf4
The only thing I can see is
4. Rxf4 Qxf4
5. exf4
I think this is a win for white but things are fairly tricky.
For instance:
5. … f5
6. Ke6 Kg4
7. Ke5 Kh4
Now how to make progress?
The obvious 8. Kxf5 is stalemate.
8. g3 and 8. h3 may lead to wins for white but it is tricky.
I like the line:
5. … f5
6. Ke5 Kg4
7. g3 Kh3
8. Kxf5 Kxh2
9. g4 h4
10. g5 h3
11. g6 Kg1
etc.
White’s extra pawn wins.
1.Ng6+! fxg6
2.Bf6+! Qxf6
3.Kd5+ Kg5
[3…Bf4 4.Rxf4+ Qxf4 5.exf4 Kg4 (5…g5 6.f5 g4 7.f6+-) 6.Ke5+- h4 7.h3+ Kg3 8.f5 gxf5 9.Kxf5 Kxg2 10.Kg4+-]
4.h4+ Kf5
5.g4+ hxg4
6.Rf4+ Bxf4
7.e4#

William Hanisch’s solution looks good, but I think 5. e4+! is what clinches the game for white. 5… Qxe4+ 6. Rxe4 and white wins.
