GM Tigran L. Petrosian declared winner on best tiebreak score
Chessdom report

The 5th International Chess Tournament, dedicated to the memory of Georgy Agzamov, the first grandmaster of Uzbekistan, was played from 17th to 26th march at the Central House of Officers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.

The top three tables of the last round saw relatively quiet games which all concluded in draws around 30th move.
