A group of strong student chess players from Norway, headed by Grandmaster Simen Agdestein (one time coach of Magnus Carlsen), are visiting Texas Tech University for approximately 10 days. Last week they participated in the SPICE Cup FIDE Rated Open. Earlier today, they visited Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. They also played chess nearly 800 feet below surface. Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
That is so cool. How come the USCF didn’t write about Onischuk winning the SPICE Cup? Are they that incompetent or stupid?
The USCF is jealous! There is no other explanation! Besides, if it doesn’t make CCA and Bill Goichberg any money then the USCF isn’t interested.
The USCF is about taking and abusing membership money and supporting CCA, not promoting chess in America.
Someone needs to call the Feds and have the USCF audited.
