Kramnik is struggling badly. He’s in trouble against Anand.
This is not too bad a game. One should look objectively at the quality of the game and not at the result only.
It’s also an interbellum tournament for him.
Kramnik is catching up with Topalov for the 6th ranking place. Kramnik might be outside the top 5 in the next list.
That’s not at all important. A player will always swift points but doesn’t look daily at his points.

Kramnik has been given almost no chances against Kasparov, Kramnik has been given very few chances to win the last game against Leko, Kramnik was an underdog against Topalov.
So it is a huge blunder to write him off.
I will definately be rooting for Anand, but I’m aware that Anand will have an extremly hard task in front of him.

You guys underestiatre Nepo. He is born in 1990 like Magnus, and he was stronger than Magnus at 11-12. He’s extremely talented, and can be a 2800-player in two years..
