A match on 100 boards MSU (Moscow State University) against RSSU (Russian State Sosial University) was played in the main library of the Moscow State University. FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov delivered a welcome speech before the match. Mr. Vasily Zhukov, Rector of the Russian State Sosial University and President of Moscow chess federation and Mr. Alexey Reymers, MSU Vice Rector were also present at the match.
